ASCE St. Louis Section 2025 Project of the Year

Over the weekend, NAVIGATE joined the City of Brentwood and Jacobs Solutions, Inc. to celebrate the 2025 ASCE St. Louis Section Project of the Year Award for the Deer Creek Flood Mitigation project, where NAVIGATE served as Owner’s Representative. This transformative effort—part of the City’s broader Brentwood Bound initiative—addresses decades of dangerous flooding along the Manchester Road corridor. The project expanded Deer Creek’s flow capacity, restored natural floodplains, and introduced green infrastructure features such as native plantings and large detention basins to improve water quality and create inviting public spaces.

Since 2017, NAVIGATE has guided the City through the planning and execution of this multi-phase program, including nine construction phases and coordination with numerous partners. NAVIGATE led project planning, procurement, and construction oversight of the Brentwood Bound Program.
