Earlier this week, the City of Clayton celebrated the groundbreaking of its new Municipal Maintenance Facility—a major step toward modernizing and consolidating key city services. NAVIGATE is proud to serve as the Owner’s Representative, overseeing both preconstruction and construction efforts to ensure the project is delivered efficiently and aligned with the City’s operational goals.
The project includes the renovation of the existing maintenance garage and the addition of several new structures designed to enhance functionality and support daily operations. Once complete, the upgraded campus will better serve the City’s Public Works Operations, Fleet, and Parks Departments—improving service delivery, equipment storage, and maintenance capabilities for years to come.
