NAVIGATE was honored to serve as the owner’s representative for the planning and delivery of Branson’s new Police, Dispatch, and Fire Administration Facility. Located at 1 Justice Street, this 42,000+ square foot facility transforms the former White House Theater into a modern, purpose-built space designed to serve Branson for decades. The new headquarters provides expanded operational areas, training spaces, and technology infrastructure to strengthen public safety and support the dedicated professionals who protect the community every day.
From the earliest planning stages through project completion, NAVIGATE guided the project to success, delivering it ahead of schedule and under budget. Our team collaborated closely with the City of Branson and local stakeholders to ensure that the facility met operational requirements, maintained high safety standards, and offered long-term functionality for first responders.
The grand opening of this facility represents a major milestone for Branson, reflecting a significant investment in the future of public safety. By providing modern, efficient spaces for operations, training, and technology, this headquarters will support officers and emergency personnel while enhancing public safety across the city.
