NAVIGATE served as Owner’s Representative for the successful renovation and construction of new lab spaces at East Central College’s Union and Columbia campuses. This project supports ECC’s mission to provide hands-on, workforce-ready education in state-of-the-art environments.
The work involved the demolition of two outdated computer labs, making way formodern replacements and the addition of a brand-new respiratory lab designed toreflect real-world clinical settings. The HVAC system was reconfigured to accommodate the new layout, and new offices were added to better supportfaculty and staff.
These upgrades provide students with access to high-quality learning environments that encourage innovation, collaboration, and technical skill development—especially in the growing field of respiratory care.
