Construction is now underway on the new Central Core Fire Training Center—a joint effort by Brentwood, Clayton, Maplewood, and Richmond Heights to strengthen firefighter and emergency responder training across the region.
As Owner’s Representative, NAVIGATE has worked closely with city leaders and fire departments to move this project from concept to groundbreaking—aligning plans, managing logistics, and setting the stage for a successful build.
Opening in 2026, the facility will provide modern, dedicated training space to improve coordination, readiness, and safety for all four cities.
