After the successful bond initiative in April 2026, design is advancing on the Warren County Emergency Services facility. NAVIGATE is proud to serve as the Owner’s Representative for the renovation and expansion of this mission-critical 911 Facility — a vital upgrade for the community.
The facility is the backbone of Warren County’s emergency response system. Ensuring its reliability, resiliency, and long-term performance is at the core of our work. The expansion will provide dispatchers and emergency personnel with a modern, secure, and highly efficient environment to support 24/7 operations when every second counts. The upgraded facility will enhance and modernize communications infrastructure, improve operational space and workflow for dispatchers, provide critical space for training and emergency management, strengthen the building’s resiliency and redundancy for storms, outages, and high-demand events, and allow room to grow as Warren County continues to thrive.
As design nears completion, the latest rendering offers a first look at the upgraded facility. NAVIGATE is overseeing the project with hands-on management, coordinating schedules, stakeholders, and quality to ensure the facility meets the community’s needs and supports the teams who keep Warren County safe.
