NAVIGATE Building Solutions

At NAVIGATE, we believe that the projects we help deliver are more than just buildings or infrastructure—they are places that shape how people live, work, and connect. That’s why community engagement is a central part of our process. By listening to the voices of the people who will ultimately use and benefit from these spaces, we ensure each project truly reflects the needs and priorities of the community it serves.
Most recently, our team led the Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) Brickline Project’s Community Engagement Construction Update Meeting. These monthly meetings held during ongoing construction activities provide an important forum for open dialogue, where residents, stakeholders, and project partners come together to share ideas, ask questions, and learn about the progress of the construction for the project.
As the Owner’s Representative, NAVIGATE helps guide these conversations to ensure the project’s goals align with community values while balancing design, budget, and schedule considerations. Our role is to listen, collaborate, and bring transparency to the process—building trust and strengthening the connection between the project and the people it impacts.
Community engagement isn’t a box we check; it’s an ongoing commitment. From early planning through completion, NAVIGATE creates opportunities for feedback and keeps communication open, helping to deliver projects that not only meet technical requirements but also serve as lasting community assets.
