At NAVIGATE, we understand that athletic facilities are more than just places to play—they’re central to student development, school spirit, and community connection. From locker room renovations to full stadium transformations, we’ve partnered with school districts, municipalities, and public agencies to deliver high-performing athletic environments tailored to each client’s goals.

Our current work with the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District highlights our hands-on approach to athletic upgrades. The district is investing in comprehensive track and field improvements, including a new natural grass football field and a resurfaced track—enhancing safety, improving durability, and creating a better experience for athletes and the community.

Across the region, NAVIGATE has led athletic facility projects of all sizes. Our scope of work includes:

• Replacing natural grass with artificial turf to improve field usability and reduce long-term maintenance
• Renovating and building locker rooms with a focus on function, accessibility, and athlete comfort
• Resurfacing tracks and improving grading for safety, performance, and drainage
• Upgrading the spectator experience with improved bleachers, restrooms, press boxes, and concessions
• Developing flexible indoor athletic spaces with full turf fields, walking tracks, and training zones
