St. Charles Community College (SCC) has officially opened its new Regional Workforce and Innovation Center (RWIC) on the Innovation West Campus in Wentzville. The 48,000-square-foot facility features flexible classrooms, advanced labs, and hands-on training spaces to support programs in advanced manufacturing, industrial trades, logistics, mechatronics, HVAC, plumbing, and other high-demand fields.
NAVIGATE served as the Owner’s Representative on the project, guiding SCC through every stage of planning and construction, coordinating design and procurement, managing budgets and schedules, and collaborating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Our advisors have supported SCC for nearly 20 years on projects across all their campuses, bringing experience and continuity to every phase. The RWIC provides students and the broader community with a purpose-built environment where education, workforce training, and industry partnerships come together to prepare the next generation of skilled professionals.
