NAVIGATE Reveals Field to Table Institute Renderings at St. Charles Community College

NAVIGATE Building Solutions is honored to serve as the Owner’s Representative for St. Charles Community College in the development of the new Field to Table Institute — a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to supporting the expansion of the College’s Culinary Program.

This 14,950-square-foot facility features:

• A café/market and commercial kitchen
• Dedicated teaching classrooms
• Offices for faculty and program staff
• A pre-engineered metal structure, selected to optimize construction efficiency and ensure long-term durability

The Field to Table Institute is designed to provide students with practical, hands-on learning experiences within a purpose-built environment, while also enhancing the campus by introducing a lively new café space for the college community.

The project is currently out to bid, with bids due June 3, 2025.
