St. Charles Community College has officially broken ground on the new Field to Table Institute, a forward-thinking addition to the Dardenne Creek Campus that will expand opportunities in culinary arts, agriculture, and food systems education.
As the College’s Owner’s Representative, NAVIGATE is proud to support this milestone project—one that blends academic instruction with hands-on experience in a dynamic, real-world environment. The 14,950-square-foot building will feature instructional kitchens, classrooms, faculty offices, and a café/market designed to serve both students and the broader campus community.
Breaking ground marks more than the start of construction—it signifies the launch of a space that will serve future chefs, growers, and entrepreneurs for years to come. We’re honored to help bring that vision to life alongside the St. Charles Community College team.
