NAVIGATE Leading Restoration of Historic Pavilions at Tower Grove Park

NAVIGATE is managing the restoration of the historic pavilions at Tower Grove Park, a project scheduled to begin construction in August. The effort is partially funded by a Save America’s Treasures grant through the National Park Service—one of just over 1,300 awarded since the program’s launch in 1998 to protect nationally significant historic sites and collections.

NAVIGATE has worked closely with the National Park Service (NPS) and the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) to secure approvals for the restoration plans, ensuring alignment with the preservation standards required for a grant-funded project of this type. As Owner’s Representative, NAVIGATE is overseeing all phases of preconstruction, planning, and coordination to ensure the work respects the site’s historic integrity and remains on track for successful execution.
