This past weekend, we came together for our annual NAVIGATE Company Picnic—our second year hosting it at Brentwood Park Pavilion, a project our team had the privilege to work on. It’s always rewarding to see team members bringing their families to join in the fun, and even more special knowing we get to enjoy a space we helped create. Laughter, games, and a little friendly competition filled the day, creating memories beyond the workplace.
Moments like these reflect what makes NAVIGATE special. We prioritize connection, collaboration, and community—not just within our projects, but with the people who make them possible. Seeing everyone enjoy themselves together, outside of the office, is a reminder of the supportive and engaging environment we strive for every day.
Whether it’s working side by side on complex projects or sharing a sunny afternoon with games and conversation, our culture is about bringing people together and building strong, lasting relationships.
