Owner’s Representative for SCCAD: 2016 to Today

Since 2016, NAVIGATE has served as Owner’s Representative for St. Charles County Ambulance District (SCCAD), guiding the planning, design, and construction of critical facilities across St. Charles County. Over nearly a decade, we’ve helped SCCAD expand and modernize its infrastructure to meet growing service demands and improve day-to-day operations.

NAVIGATE has managed delivery of multiple ambulance base stations, a vehicle maintenance facility, and SCCAD’s 32-acre Headquarters and Training Complex—featuring an 18,000 SF EMT Training Center, 40,000 SF Administration Building, and 80,000 SF Operations Center. Each facility was delivered with a focus on efficiency, durability, and long-term public value.

Base Station 34 is currently under construction, continuing SCCAD’s strategic investment in public safety infrastructure. Recent pavement improvements at Base Station 21 are also featured here. NAVIGATE values this trusted, ongoing relationship and looks forward to continuing to support SCCAD’s facility needs across the County.
