Pleasant Hill Celebrates Newly Upgraded Parks

Pleasant Hill recently celebrated the soft openings of three upgraded park sites: City Lake, City Park, and The Hill Recreation Complex. These improvements represent an exciting milestone for the City, and NAVIGATE is proud to have served as Owner’s Representative throughout the planning and construction of these Prop P-funded projects.

The upgrades bring new energy and opportunity to the community. Features now open to the public include modern playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, refreshed sports fields, and a splash pad. Additional improvements—such as enhanced site access, upgraded restrooms, improved sidewalks and parking lots, and new pavilions—help ensure these public spaces are welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for all.
