NAVIGATE Building Solutions is proud to serve as Owner’s Representative for Harris-Stowe State University’s new STEM Building, a transformative project that supports the university’s mission to advance STEM education, innovation, and student opportunity. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the evolving needs of both students and faculty, providing flexible classrooms, advanced laboratories, collaborative learning spaces, and modern infrastructure that enhances teaching, research, and hands-on learning experiences.

As Owner’s Representative, NAVIGATE is providing comprehensive oversight throughout the project lifecycle. We are working closely with Harris-Stowe State University, ICS Construction, Lamar Johnson Collaborative, and the full project team to ensure the building is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with the university’s long-term academic and campus development goals.

This project represents a significant investment in the university’s future.
