The new 180-foot communications tower now stands as a major milestone in the construction of the Lincoln County Emergency Services Dispatch & Emergency Operations Center. This essential feature will significantly improve the county’s emergency communications capabilities, ensuring more reliable service during criticalsituations.
NAVIGATE is managing the preconstruction and construction of this 15,074-square-foot,single-story Mission Critical Center, which will serve as a Category IV/Essential Facility. Once complete, it will house the 911 Dispatch Center and Emergency Operations, along with mechanical and electrical support in ICC 500-rated space. Additional spaces include conference and media rooms, akitchen and break area, bunk rooms, locker rooms, and a fitness area.
Designed with the future in mind, the site master plan accommodatespotential expansion of both the building and parking facilities. The projectalso incorporates Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction, providing exceptional durability, energy efficiency, andresilience—key factors for a building that must remain operational duringemergencies.
