NAVIGATE is serving as Owner’s Representative for the new Social Sciences and Business (SSB) Building at the University of Missouri–St Louis, along with renovations to existing SSB spaces on campus. This project supports the continued growth of the university’s Social Sciences and Business programs by expanding and modernizing academic and support environments.
The scope includes a new four story, 35,000 square foot building and approximately 27,000 square feet of renovations within the existing facility. The project represents a construction value of $24M and will deliver updated classrooms, event space, and support offices designed to enhance the student and faculty experience across the SSB programs.
