NAVIGATE managed preconstruction and construction for more than 24 complex capital projects atthis iconic 289-acre urban park, which is one of only seven National Historic Landmark parks in the United States.

The $2.7M East Stream restoration project exposed a historic stream that had been buried for over 100 years.  The site runs from the southeast corner of the park near Stupp Center north toward Magnolia Avenue.  Project scope included:

·      Reengagement with Historic Bridge Crossings

·      Natural Play Elements

·      Acknowledgement of Original Inhabitants of the Land: Osage Nation

·      Storm Water Management via BMPs, funded through MSD Project Clear

Originally built in 1985, the Stupp Center is the newest building addition to Tower Grove Park. Designed to mirror the Park’s famous pavilions, the Stupp Center has become a popular site for weddings, rehearsal dinners, educational events, and club and corporate meetings. Project scope included renovation of:

·      Octagonal Room

·      Adjacent Lounge

·      Catering Kitchen

·      Gender-Inclusive Restrooms with Shared Sinks

·      Exterior Cosmetic Improvements

The $1.3M refurbishment reversed deterioration and transformed this 1870 Gothic-Revival Style stone structure into the Park’s education and volunteer hub.  Project scope included:

·      Exterior Restoration of Stone Structure

·      Replacement Original Slate Roof

·      Interior Rehabilitation & Conversion of Interior Space for the Park’s Community Engagement Coordinator & Missouri Department of Conservation

NAVIGATE managed pre-construction and construction of the new Union City Hall.  

Project scope for the 12,000 SF, $2.7M building included:

·      Administration & City Clerk Office ​with Secure Transaction Window

·      Engineering & Public Works Department​

·      Community Event Space

·      Board Of Aldermen Chambers with Seating For 72

·      Meeting Room, which Doubles as “Safe Space”

NAVIGATE provided programming and needs assessment for a new combined City Hall and Police Department Facility.

Assessment included:

·      Studied new construction of identified facility on 2 sites, including block diagrams for building set up and civil layout.

·      Provided cost estimates and input on construction feasibility at each site for sunrise beach use to determine potential project next steps.

Project scope for the 195,000 SF active adult campus includes:

NAVIGATE managed pre-construction and construction of this exciting Design-Build project for Washington Community Fire Protection District.

Project scope for the new 3,600 SF pre-engineered metal Campbellton Volunteer Fire Station #6 included:

·      Two New Apparatus Bays

·      Day Room & Kitchen

·      Provisions for 70,000 Water Storage Tank

·      Onsite Well & Septic Field

NAVIGATE managed pre-construction and construction of Webster Groves’ new fire station.  This was a complex two-phase, 16-month assignment involving close coordination with residential neighbors and active roadways while also maintaining operations at the existing station.

Project scope for the new 11,500 SF facility included:

·      Three Double-Depth Apparatus Bays

·      Day Room & Kitchen

·      Seven-Bunk Rooms

·      Fitness Room
