NAVIGATE managed the pre-construction of Quartet Senior Living, which contains Assisted Living andMemory Care facilities.  Project scope forthe three-story, 130,000SF building included:

• 108 Apartment-Style Suites for Assisted Living &Memory Care Residents
• 2 Dining Rooms with Commercial Kitchens
• Health & Wellness Spaces including Salon& Fitness Room
• Communal Lobbies, Lounges & Patios

NAVIGATE is overseeing construction for the renovations of the existing courts offices, judge’s chambers, and related spaces. The work includes architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection upgrades.

NAVIGATE managed pre-construction and construction for the City of Wentzville on a new 49,000 SF Public Works Complex.  

Project scope included:

·      Fleet Maintenance, Repair & Inspection Bays

NAVIGATE is providing oversight for construction activities involving repairs, replacements, and related improvements to the Charles F. Prevedel Federal Building’s curtain wall system and entry area. The scope of work includes:

• Repair and/or replacement of the damaged curtain wall at “Third Base”
• Refinishing of curtain wall checker plate panels
• Installation of new LED can lighting at the building entry
• Demolition and replacement of entry concrete flatwork

NAVIGATE managed pre-construction and construction of a new commercial office building. Project scope includes:

·      Single-story, owner-occupied building housing NAVIGATEBuilding Solutions’ headquarters along with 16 luxury, private coworking spaces, which are leased on a monthly basis.

·      Common-use WIFI, Conference Rooms & Kitchenette

·      Integration with Brentwood Bound, a $95M dollar community revitalization development featuring easy walking access to retail,shopping and recreation amenities.

·      184 Solar Panels with an 81 kW capacity that produces energy equivalent to power 14 homes.  

MISSOURI’S FIRST ZERO-ENERGY ULFI-CERTIFIED PROJECT

NAVIGATE managed pre-construction of a new 9,820 SF, $2.8M Ballwin City Hall. Project scope included:
