NAVIGATE managed preconstruction and construction for Great Rivers Greenway on the Gateway Arch National Park Site Improvements, along with the Museum addition and renovation project.  Scope of work included:​

·      Coordination with Project Partners: City of St.Louis (BPS), Bi-State Development, Gateway Arch National Park Foundation, National Park Service, Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District

·      Enhancements Near the Gateway Arch Museum Entranceto Maintain and Direct Pedestrian Access to the Entry, while also Reducing Visitor Foot Traffic Across Lawns in the Vicinity.

·      Drainage Improvements, Corrections of Limestone Pavers, & Soil Improvements

·      Installation of New Landscape and Planting Beds

NAVIGATE is managing the pre-construction of Hickory Trail Senior Living, which contains both AssistedLiving and Memory Care facilities. Project scope is a three story, 134,300 sf building which includes:

• 120 Apartment-Style Homes for Assisted Living &Memory Care Residents
• 2 Dining Rooms with Commercial Kitchens
• Health & Wellness Spaces including Salon& Fitness Room

NAVIGATE managed construction of this adaptive reuse project that will restore and revitalize the historic Red Cedar Inn, which is listed on the National Register ofHistoric Places.  Built in 1934, this historic site resides along Route 66, a designated National Historic Trail.  Project scope included:

NAVIGATE managed the preconstruction and construction of the $2.1M municipal pool for the City of Houston, which was funded by a combination of Missouri Department of Natural Resources Land Water Conservation Fund Grants along with a voter-approved sales tax increase. Project scope included:

NAVIGATE provided pre-construction services for the Kinloch Park RTP Grant Trail Project. NAVIGATE created a bid package, solicited bidders and assisted with selecting and onboarding a contractor. At the end of pre-construction, the Foundation also hired NAVIGATE to manage the construction phase.

• New asphalt walking trail is funded by an RTP Grant
• Trail project is coordinated with two separate St. Louis County Parks Department projects to renovate the entire Kinloch Park
• RTP Grant Trail Project includes new walking trail with fitness stations, benches and new trees

NAVIGATE is managing pre-construction and construction of the historic Kirkwood Train Station.  In 2021, the City of Kirkwood was awarded a Transportation Alternatives Program grant to restore the Station. Originally constructed in 1893 as a Missouri Pacific depot.  It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and contributes significantly to the Downtown Kirkwood National Historic District.  

Project scope includes:

·      Improve Building’s Functionality as a Train Station

·      Allowing Future Flexibility as a Multi-Purpose Event Venue

·       Preservation & Repair of Envelope & Interiors, including Replacement of Existing Roof with Slate

·       Reconstruction of Original 1893 Passenger Canopy Extension
