NAVIGATE is providing pre-referendum services for a planning study to renovate three existing Ambulance District Stations and build two new Ambulance District Stations.

·      Station 1 – Renovate 4,704 sf existing ambulance station.

·      Station 2 – Renovate 5,600 sf existing station into district headquarters.

·      Station 2 – New 8,460 sf ambulance station.

·      Station 3 – Renovate 3,875 sf existing ambulance station.

·      Station 4 – New 7,285 sf ambulance station.

NAVIGATE is overseeing a preconstruction feasibility study focused on the relocation and enhancement of key municipal facilities in Mexico, MO. This includes relocating the:  

·      Mexico City Hall Council Chambers

·      Mexico City Hall Administration

·      Mexico Public Safety (Fire and Police)

$2.3M Facility Upgrades

NAVIGATE is overseeing the restoration and system upgrades for the historic Old Courthouse, originally constructed in 1828, ensuring adherence to the Secretary of the Interior’s standards.

·       Accessibility Improvements: New Elevator Installation

·       Critical Building System Upgrades to MEP Systems, New Fire Protection & Fire Alarm

·       General Restoration & Improvements to Historic Features: Windows, Doors, Ceilings, & Flooring.

NAVIGATE managedpreconstruction and construction of district-wide improvements to six existing facilitiesthat were funded by the Safe and Secure Schools bond issue.  Project scope included:

NAVIGATE is proud to have managed pre-construction and construction of Krekel Civic Center located in downtown O’Fallon’s Civic Park.  This project was undertaken in tandem with renovation of Alligator’s Creek Aquatic Center and the creation of O’Day Park and Lodge.
