NAVIGATE is managing preconstruction and construction of Brentwood Bound, which includes construction of the GRG Connector and Russell Trail.  Project scope includes:

·      Brentwood Boulevard Lane Adjustments, Road Resurfacing, Pavement Markings, New Traffic Signals & Revisions to Existing Signals, ADA Improvements, Utility Adjustments, Landscaping, Site Furnishings,Coordination with Residents & Commercial Property Owners, & Structural Revisions to Bridge to Support Pedestrian Trail.

NAVIGATE is managing the preconstruction and construction for the relocation of the Brentwood Public Library.  Brentwood Public Library has purchased an existing building.  The project intent is to build an addition and also renovate the existing building to create a new, larger library.  

• 10,000 SF of two-story renovation; 5,000 SF two-story addition
• Focus on natural light and comfortable, inviting spaces
• Includes Teen Area, Children’s Area, Community Room, flexible meeting and study spaces

NAVIGATE has been managing the pre-construction and construction of projects associated with the District’s$55 million bond issuance for Propositions B and E.  The high school and middle school components of the projects are carefully phased to accommodate continuous use by studentsand staff.  Project scope includes:

NAVIGATE is managing the pre-construction and construction of a $44M, 320-bed adult detention center addition and existing jail renovation.  

Project scope for the addition includes:

·       24 Mental Health Housing Pods

·       New Kitchen, Intake & Detention Center Support Facilities

Project scope for the renovation includes:

·       150-Bed Detention Center including Jail Door Replacement

·       Medical Suite

NAVIGATE provided pre-construction and construction management services for Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri (CCSOMO), which provides vital services to homelessmoms-to-be, as well as new moms, through four programs designed to support children and families.

Project scope for the new 18,000 SF multi-story brick building that overlooks the Mississippi River includes:

·       Secure Living for 15 Residential Units

·       Self-Contained Communal, Educational & Counseling Support Functions

·       2-Story Administrative Wing

NAVIGATE managed the pre-construction and construction services for the addition to Century Casino’s Cape Girardeau Hotel.  Projectscope for the new six-story, 68,000 SF hotel included:

·       69 Guest Rooms, some with a view of the Mississippi River & Cable-Stay Bridge

·       New Lobby with Direct Access to the ExistingCasino

·       Conference Facilities

NAVIGATE managed pre-construction and construction services for the first land-based casino in the State of Missouri, which replaced a riverboat casino.  Project scope includes:

·       60,000 SF Casino Floor & Support Areas

·       Attached 3-Story, 27,000 SF, 38-Room Hotel

·       New Hotel Lobby incorporating Existing Pavilion Space

·       Expanded Parking

·       Surface Connection to the Adjacent, Recently Renovated Century Farmstead Hotel

NAVIGATE is managing pre-construction and construction of the reconfiguration to the existing Public Works structure for new Public Works facility.

Project scope includes:

• Combined facility for Sanitation, Electric, Streets, Fleet Service and Storm Rated
  Police Dispatch Suite
• Gut rehab of existing tilt up warehouse structure
• All new electrical service and E-power. New mechanical systems and plumbing
  upgrades.
• Exterior on grade and bin storage for streets and electric
• Out building to be converted to a wash rack

NAVIGATE managed pre-construction and construction for the renovation and addition of the St. Charles Police Station. The project involved major upgrades to 60% of the fully operational 65,000 SF facility, including significant renovations to the locker rooms and fitness center, reinforcement of primary entry points, and the renovation of the 911 Dispatch Center.

Project scope includes:

·       Replace 66 Heat Pumps

·       New 4,000 SF Evidence Storage Facility

·       New Roof, Site Paving, Furniture & Hydronic & Forced Air Source Equipment

·       Major Renovation to Locker Rooms, Fitness Center, Harden Primary Entries & 911 Dispatch Center Renovation
