NAVIGATE is providing oversight for construction activities involving repairs, replacements, and related improvements to the Charles F. Prevedel Federal Building’s curtain wall system and entry area. The scope of work includes:

• Repair and/or replacement of the damaged curtain wall at “Third Base”
• Refinishing of curtain wall checker plate panels
• Installation of new LED can lighting at the building entry
• Demolition and replacement of entry concrete flatwork
