NAVIGATE is managing pre-construction and construction of the expansion and renovation to Des Peres’ Public Safety Building.  

Project scope includes:

·      19,000 SF Interior Renovation

·      5,500 SF Expansion to Add:

o   Additional Apparatus Bay

o   Additional Training & Bunk Rooms

·      Phased Construction to Maintain Existing Operations

·      Miscellaneous Site Improvements Including:

o   Secured Police Parking, Landscape Fencing, Canopy at Existing Day Room Patio, & Covered Carport
