NAVIGATE managed the completion of construction for Maplewood Richmond Heights School District’s Middle School & High School Additions and Renovations project.  

Project scope includes:

Middle SchOOL & HIGH school

·      New Middle School entrance and renovations

·      New High School entrance

·      Expansion and renovations to the cafeteria

·      New lobby, restrooms, and concession at the existing gym

·      New Multipurpose gym and FEMA structure below housingwrestling, weight room and lockers rooms.

·      New outdoor courtyard between and accessible from the surrounding Middle and High School buildings
